Does what it says with many negatives. Can't say if they fix them as there no update notes. Great app for detecting music, but I'm very alarmed at the fact that my phone (Samsung Note 8) has detected Shazam using the microphone at times when I wasn't using the app. I'd really appreciate someone looking in to this. Shazam should only be using the microphone when the app has been opened.

I LOVE that you don't need to be online to figure out a song. Just record the audio and they'll tell you when you go back online. And you'd be surprised how well it can pick up music, even when it's low or there's people talking. And the interface is simple and clean.
